Each of our sites operates with due regard for the local communities
We have a wide range of procedures, including for water removal, road use and site safety. We also support local ventures such as a fish hatchery in Spain and Featherstone Rovers rugby club in the UK, whilst our employees fundraise for many local charities.
As an international company with over 2,500 employees, we aim to attract, recruit, nurture and reward the very best people, whilst conducting business with honesty and integrity. We encourage imaginative thinking and our people take pride in designing, manufacturing and delivering the most innovative plastic packaging. We support our employees through training, education and development opportunities.
LINPAC has been invited to the ‘Roll of Honour’ of Cogent : an acknowledgement of the company’s commitment to developing world-class skills. The ‘Gold Standard’ entails demonstrating business improvement, technical, compliance, behavioural and functional competence.
Our codes of conduct and policies help to ensure that LINPAC is a safe, inclusive and open place to work. We have reduced lost-time accidents by over 90% in recent years. This achievement is due to international collaboration between our Health, Safety, Hygiene and Environment teams, who share best practice and analyse every incident to prevent recurrence.
Our targets in this pillar aim to further improve our accident rates and increase diversity in management.
